WHRHS Empower Summer School 2022
Runs June 27 - July 28  for 60 hours
5 weeks, 4 days/per week, 3hrs/per course a day

Credit Recovery Format:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays: Students to report in-person to WHRHS Rm 109 or Learning Commons
Mondays: Students work on coursework remotely

Two Sessions Available:
A session 8-11
B session 12-3
Students taking two courses would need to attend both sessions

Instruction provided by:
WHRHS Humanities Teacher & STEM Teachers

Cost:
$75 via PaySchool Central
No cost for students approved for free or reduced lunch

- Students can enroll in up to two academic courses for credit recovery during the summer.
- For the 2nd week of summer school, Friday July 8th will be the remote day for students due to the July 4th holiday.
- Transportation to WHRHS campus to be provided by parents/caregivers.
- In addition to passing the coursework, students must complete 60 hours of instruction to recover credit.
- Summer school credit recovery may not be utilized for NCAA eligibility.
- Open only to current Grade 9-12 WHRHS registered students (2021-22 school year) and not to be used for credit advancement or enrichment (credit recovery only).
