Scholarships 2024-2025
Each year many scholarships are awarded to the senior class. Scholarships are presented at the Memorial/Community Awards Ceremony or the Senior Awards Ceremony in June. Award amounts are approximate and can vary from year to year, and criteria may also change annually.

| The Green Brook Lions Club Scholarship Applicant must be a Green Brook resident who demonstrates a reasonably high level of academic achievement and be of good character. The main consideration will be the applicant's involvement in working with the handicapped, the infirm or the less fortunate, and show their involvement in community service. |

| The Green Brook Lions Club - The David T. McGarry Scholarship Applicant must be a Green Brook resident who will be pursuing a degree in business, and must show good math skills, exemplified by good grades and advanced classes. |

| The Green Brook Lions Club - The Prichard-Murphy Memorial Scholarship Applicant must be a Green Brook resident who demonstrates a reasonably high level of academic achievement and be of good character. The main requirement is that the candidate will be continuing their education in the field of education or fine arts. |

| Peter C. Rovtar Memorial Scholarship Available to a senior who has been active in SCRIPT and CUE (either behind the scenes or in performance) with the possibility of majoring in theater arts in college, but not required. |

| Scott W. Anderson Memorial Award Available to a senior that has participated in Warren travel or recreation basketball. |

| Warren Lions Club & Barrett Davies Scholarships The applicant must reside in Warren Township or Long Hill Township. The applicant may be from private or technical schools outside of Warren or Long Hill Township so long as they are residents of one of those towns. Applicant must be a Senior pursuing a 2- or 4-year college or certified trade school this fall (2025). |

| Warren Youth Basketball Association Volunteerism Award Available to seniors who were involved in any community volunteer activity. The submission does not have to be basketball or WYBA oriented but applicants must have participated in the WYBA travel or recreation program for at least one season or have volunteered for WYBA in some way. |
