College Rep Visits Scheduling: 2024-2025 School Year 

For the 2024-2025 school year, all college representative presentations will be scheduled on school days for 10:30am and 2:15pm time slots. Please view the WHRHS School Calendar for dates and times available to request a visit:

College Representatives: All requests are handled in Naviance under the RepVisit function.  Should you have any scheduling issues send an email and please include:

1. Full name of College/Institute/University.
2. Representative's email to be posted on our website for student contact.
3. Full name of the Representative scheduled, requested date and time slot.
4. Full name of contact person setting up appointment, if different than Representative.
5. Representative's phone number to be posted on our website for student contact.
6. If providing a personal phone number, WHRHS will not post personal contact #'s on the website.

Once emailed, please check your email account: The date will be scheduled in our calendar and you will receive a calendar invitation. If you do not hear back, please email again to confirm.
