Maintenance Requests
FMX is the Online Facility Maintenance Request System used by WHRHS Faculty and Staff.
We are connected to FMX through our Active Directory/Google SSO (Single Sign-On) so your login info will be the same as your work email.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
1) Open your internet browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.) and navigate to whrhs.gofmx.com/login. You’ll also find this link in the WHRHS bookmarks after July 1st.
2) Click the Log in with Google button to log in to FMX. This will register you as a Staff member.

All work order requests must go through FMX. Phoned and emailed work requests can only be completed with an accompanying FMX Work Order. This includes, but is not limited to:

Additional event setup request details

Office supply requests

Summer and holiday break project requests

Cleaning requests

Climate control concerns

Copy machine malfunctions
Work order requests are automatically routed to maintenance and custodial technicians based on craft type.
