Maintenance Requests
FMX is the online Maintenance Request System used by Watchung Hills Regional High School faculty and staff.
WHRHS is connected to FMX through Google Single Sign-On (SSO), so your login credentials are the same as your work email.
How to Log In:

Open your internet browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.) and go to:
👉 whrhs.gofmx.com/login -
Click "Log in with Google" to sign in. This will automatically register you as a staff member in the system

All work order requests must be submitted through FMX. Phone calls or emails regarding maintenance issues must be accompanied by a submitted FMX work order.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Event setup details

Office supply requests
-
Summer or holiday break project requests

Cleaning and sanitation needs

Climate control concerns
-
Copy machine malfunctions
Work order requests are automatically routed to the appropriate maintenance or custodial technician, based on the type of request.
