End Of Year Student Technology Considerations
Access to network and computing services for graduating Seniors will be removed on July 18, 2018. This includes the removal of Google and Network accounts. Graduating Seniors should make plans to back up any important files they have stored in their H: Drive or Google accounts, prior to July 18, 2018. Please review the End of the Year Procedures for graduating seniors instructions. (Note: Only the Class of 2018 will have access to the instructions)
Network and Google accounts will not be deleted for students who are remaining in the Watchung Hills Regional High School District next year. These students will be able to retain access to files in their H: and Google drives. It is recommended that students back up any important files to an additional location. Students who are remaining in WHRHS will also retain the same network username and password for next school year.
Students that participate in the 1:1 program will retain their Chromebooks over the summer. Those students are responsible to maintain a working computer for the start of the 2018-2019 school year. Any damaged Chromebooks can be dropped off to the WHRHS IT department during the summer, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm.
