Science Competition

The Science Competition Team's purpose is to prepare qualified students and select team members for each of the four monthly regional science league competitions, chemistry olympiad competition, F=ma exam, and possibly other competitions as determined by the advisors. The team will be subdivided into different groups to individually prepare for the
specific tests/competitions. These meetings will be utilized to cover content being
assessed in each competition as well as used for qualification assessments which will be
utilized to determine the monthly team members.

This year the team will be particpating in the following competitions:

NJ Science League Chem 1 – must be currently enrolled in a first-year chemistry course
NJ Science League High School Chem 2 – must be currently enrolled in AP Chemistry
Chemistry Olympiad T – open to all
Science Bowl – open to all
Biology Olympiad – open to all
F=ma – open to all
