Neuroscience Club
Brief description of club:
The Neuroscience Club is dedicated to helping students explore brain and cognitive sciences. A major route to developing understanding is through preparation for the Brain Bee, administered through the Society for Neuroscience. Club members will spend the majority of the year preparing for the Rutgers Regional competition. Regional exams are held in February. Regional champions move on to the National Brain Bee competition held in March. The winner will then represent their country in the International Brain Bee competition held in the summer.
In addition, guest lecturers and student presentations on topics in Neuroscience will build familiarity with the field of Neuroscience and possible career options that involve Neuroscience.
