Monday:

Practice

 

Tuesday: (~30 minutes)

Recovery Day

This is an important day to do jog lightly. This will remove the lactic acid from your legs after a tough 3 days of workouts

Do five 4 minute runs at an easy, easy, medium, medium, easy tempo to get lactic acid out of your legs. Stretch in between.

 

Wednesday:

 

(X16) Moderate Jog 40 yd into an immediate 40 yd sprint burst in another Moderate 40 yd jog. REST for a solid minute.

Make sure that your sprint burst is like a real deep cut. The 40s should be decent tempo, not slow.

 

 

Thursday:

 

Run four 100 yd runs at easy, medium, hard, easy speed

 

Set a 20x20 square.

  • Jog sides 1&2, Sprint sides 3&4. Repeat Immediately.
  • REST

[Repeat 10 times total]

 

Focus on your change at each corner. Imagine cutting in game
