Incoming Freshman and New Students: All incoming fall athletes should complete the sports physical packet and submit to the Watchung Hills Regional High School health office as soon as possible. Please be aware however, that the process is not complete until you have electronically submitted the online consents. The consents for the incoming freshman and new students will be available to students and parents by the beginning of the second week in July through the Parent/Student Access portal.

We will be both on the field and in the weight room every day; cleats, gym shoes, mouth guard, and water should be brought every day.
