- This is a link to a continually updated PDF list of DDD-approved support coordination agencies.
- Individuals and families who are seeking to receive DDD-funded services may choose a support coordination agency, who will assist them in developing an Individualized Service Plan (ISP), accessing desired programs/supports, and managing fiscal responsibilities in regards to maintaining services and supports

- This website provides families and caregivers with a list of various support groups they may be interested
