Option II

OPTION II INFORMATION FOR THE 2019-2020 ACADEMIC YEAR

 

Please review all information in the Option II Packet before you submit your application. 

Carefully complete the OPTION II process as follows:

1. Fill out the the PE Option II Online Application by no later than September 13, 2019.

2. Download, complete and turn in the completed Instructor Form. Your application cannot be processed without this completed form. Drop off the completed form to Mr. Commerford's mailbox in the main office.

3. Download and use the PE Option II Time Log to keep track of your after school activity. You will need to hand this in monthly. 

4. Each student must complete a PE Option II Journal. This information is handed in monthly. See sample journal entry in the Option II Packet above.

5. You will receive notification about your application once it has been processed. All students must continue to attend their regularly scheduled PE class until they have been notified. 

6. Dance students no longer have a video requirement to complete.
