We are pleased to inform you that we have added an attendance feature that allows you to report your child's full-day absence through Parent Access. (Please note that you cannot use this feature for late arrivals to school or early dismissals.) Under the attendance tab, go to notify attendance and enter the date of absence and reason for the absence. You will receive an automated email notification that states:
"A change in Daily Attendance has been posted for <STUDENT_NAMES_VERTICAL>. Details can be found under Attendance tab. Thank you."
If you receive this message and did not report your child absent, please call the attendance office immediately.
The beginning of the school year is a good time to reset your password on your Parent Access account. Any information communicated through Parent Access is the responsibility of the parent. Please also note that absence notifications sent through Parent Access or called in to the attendance office are not automatically excused. Please see the attendance policy in the handbook for further information.
