Off-Season Workouts
- Workouts are available for all those interest in trying out this Spring every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:30-3:45pm in Gym 3/4.

Spring sports physicals and/or medical health update and consent forms are do in the health office no later than Friday, February 17th, 2023. If you do not have a complete and cleared packet, you will not be medically eligible to participate for the spring season. NJSIAA regulations require a 15 credits minimum earned from Semester One of the (current) 2021-2022 school year to be academically eligible to participate in Spring sports.
Physicals packets and are available on the school website-Athletics/Athletics Dept.
